Shipping & COD Policy

At TISCO INTERNATIONAL, we strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Please read our shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the location.

  • International delivery timelines vary by destination and customs regulations.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier issues) may occur, and we will keep customers informed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Additional customs duties, import taxes, or charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their order status using the provided tracking number.

Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • If an order is returned due to non-acceptance, we reserve the right to deduct shipping charges from any refund or block future orders.


2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Eligibility for COD

  • COD is available for select pin codes within India. Customers can check COD availability at checkout.

  • Some high-value orders may require advance confirmation before COD acceptance.

COD Charges

  • A minimal COD handling fee may be applicable in addition to the total order amount. This fee is non-refundable.

Payment Requirements

  • Customers must provide the exact cash amount at the time of delivery as delivery personnel may not always carry change.

  • Part payments or advance payments for COD orders are not accepted.

Order Confirmation

  • COD orders require confirmation via phone or email. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be canceled.

Refusal of COD Orders

  • If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, future COD purchases may be restricted.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in a permanent ban on placing COD orders.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the package before making payment.

  • If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, customers should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
