Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.

COD is available for select pin codes within India. Customers can check COD availability at checkout.
Some high-value orders may require advance confirmation before COD acceptance.
A minimal COD handling fee may be applicable in addition to the total order amount. This fee is non-refundable.
Customers must provide the exact cash amount at the time of delivery as delivery personnel may not always carry change.
Part payments or advance payments for COD orders are not accepted.
COD orders require confirmation via phone or email. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be canceled.
If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, future COD purchases may be restricted.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in a permanent ban on placing COD orders.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package before making payment.
If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, customers should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
