1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • If the order is successfully canceled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed payment gateway provider.

  • Orders paid via online methods will be refunded to the original payment source.

After Shipment

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

COD Order Cancellations

  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

  • Customers are advised to confirm their order before placing a COD request to avoid unnecessary cancellations.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, usage, or external factors are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without prior approval.
